Walking distance from the dive shop is the marina area with activities, shopping and restaurants. The upscale Aventura Spa Palace is five minutes away where you will find a Dive Aventuras staff professional who can answer questions, offer you a scuba demo in the pool, or book your diving at the main shop. Five minutes south of the main dive shop you will find our Dive Aventuras staff conveniently located at the estuary in the All Inclusive, eco-resort Xpu Ha Palace. Our complimentary transfer service will pick you up from these locations and bring you to the main shop for ocean and cenote diving. The Dive Aventuras main shop is open daily from 8:30am until 5:30pm. Our shuttle service provides pick-up and drop-off to many of the hotels along the Riviera Maya. Click here to see a complete list of hotels we service. After check-in we'll help you get geared up and head down to one of our four boats. If you need to rent gear, we have a full selection of rental equipment by manufacturers such as Sherwood, Mares and Aqua Lung.
The Puerto Aventuras Marina is one of the few marinas between Cancun and Belize, offering you easy access and loading of dive boats from the concrete dock area. This setup is particularly accessable for disabled or physcially challenged divers. Our first boats depart at 9:00 am with additional dives at 11:00, 1:00 and 2:30 pm. We offer 1-tank dives as our reefs are only a short boat ride away. Between dives, the boat returns to the marina where we switch out gear and after a surface interval, head back out to the next site. If you prefer to take a break between dives, you can relax on the spectacular beach just outside the dive shop and spend time with family or get a bite to eat. Daily morning and afternoon cenote dives are also available. Our central location makes it easy to dive and still schedule time for family and friends. We offer complimentary lockers, gear storage, and equipment rental. We even have a topnotch gear repair technician on-site who can help with any problems you may have with your equipment.
Be sure to stop by our retail store and logo shop where you will find scuba equipment by manufacturers such as Mares, Scubapro and Technisub. We have a great selection of snorkel gear, t-shirts, hats, swimwear, cameras, books, DVD's, and lots of good dive conversation.
